“The item cannot be opened. It may be disabled or not installed.” WTF!! i no i have it installed! so WHY!!

i have a powerbook G4 and i have mac os x 10.4.8. i have tried to open the MIDI audio set up. keychain access. and directory access so far and it all says the same message. “The item cannot be opened. It may be disabled or not installed.” someoen please help me. it seems that i have so many problems ever since i started using mac. also i cannot hear sound on the internet on certain websites.. mostly video clips. but i can hear sounds on my itunes though. i love this laptop but i dont understand it!! i will never go back to windows though so please i dont want any comments about macs suck and you should use windows. cus i love MAC!! i just need to learn how to use it…
