Color Camera

How do I get color for polycom camera?

I am using Polycom Viewstation and for some reason I cannot get color to show thru its camera. All the menus and options are in color so I am sure it isn’t the TV’s fault and only the camera will not show color, any help would be greatly appreciated

Check you cabling first. Re-seat the cables as well. You may have to try another camera to troubleshoot. If this system is fairly new, call Polycom and open a trouble ticket.
